The Railway Educational Bureau (REB) offers training services, books, and other products to help your workforce enhance their job skills and grow into leadership roles. The REB covers a wide degree of railroading subjects with our main focus being the repair, inspection, and maintenance of railway equipment.

Our railway training solutions include self-paced railway correspondence training and instructor-led railway training. Correspondence lessons are a form of distance learning which give students the ability to work at their own pace and to retain copies of their learning materials for future reference. Our instructor-led courses are designed to facilitate learning in a classroom environment and be presented at the location of your choice.

The REB is top of mind when it comes to books and reference materials for the industry. The variety of railway books and other products we offer is second to none. One of our most popular lines of books is the reprints FRA regulations we produce. Our book, “The Railroad: What It Is, What It Does,” now in it’s 5th edition, is a management must-have.
